Refund Policy

1. 15-Day Right to Cancellation

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 15 days after the day of conclusion of the contract (i.e. the date your first payment is processed). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before this period expires.

To cancel within this period, email us at info@aidoesseo.com with the subject line "Withdrawal from contract" and include your registered email address and the date of purchase. We will refund your payment within 5–10 business days using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Note: By beginning to use the Service after purchase you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the contract. If you later exercise your withdrawal right, you may be charged for the proportion of the Service already used prior to the withdrawal, as permitted under Article 14(3) of the Consumer Rights Directive.

2. 1-Year Performance Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee is available to all paying customers on the Base Plan. To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Active subscription: You must have maintained an active, paid AiDoesSEO subscription for a minimum of 12 consecutive calendar months from your first payment date.
• Content published: You must have published AI-generated content created by the AiDoesSEO platform to your website throughout the subscription period. We define "published" as content that is publicly accessible and indexed by Google.
• Recommendations followed: You must have acted on the technical SEO recommendations and audit findings surfaced by AiDoesSEO within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days of each recommendation being raised).
• No significant external changes: The claim is not valid if the decline in or failure to grow traffic is attributable to factors outside normal organic SEO, such as a manual Google penalty applied for policy violations, a complete domain or URL structure change, or the website being taken offline for extended periods.
• Verified by Google Search Console data: Organic traffic must be measurable via your connected Google Search Console account. We compare total clicks during the final month of your subscription period against the baseline month (the calendar month prior to your subscription start date). If total clicks have not increased, the guarantee applies.

This guarantee covers the total subscription fees paid by you, including any add-on charges for extra websites, countries, or keyword slots, provided those add-ons are also subject to the same eligibility conditions above (i.e. the additional websites and countries were actively used, content was published, and recommendations were followed for each). It does not apply to accounts that have previously received a refund under this guarantee.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under either the 15-day right to cancellation or the 1-year performance guarantee, email us at info@aidoesseo.com with:

• Your registered email address.
• The basis for your refund request (15-day withdrawal or 1-year performance guarantee).
• For performance guarantee claims: a brief description of your experience and confirmation that you meet the eligibility conditions above.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and work with you to verify eligibility. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

4. What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered by either the 15-day withdrawal right (after the period expires) or the 1-year performance guarantee:

• Subscription fees for periods where you did not actively use the platform or publish generated content.
• Third-party costs such as domain registration, web hosting, or CMS licences — these are your own expenses and are not refundable by us.
• Traffic losses caused by manual Google penalties, algorithm penalties for content policy violations, or your own technical or structural changes to the website that override our recommendations.
• Results from websites in industries subject to Google's "Your Money or Your Life" (YMYL) guidelines (e.g. medical, legal, financial), where ranking factors are more complex and competitive.
• Accounts that have been suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as provided under the 15-day withdrawal right above.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and applicable EU consumer protection legislation. For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
